David Doyle has been in the financial services industry since 2001, and co-founded Doyle & Minsky Financial, LLC. David has a passion for working with individuals and business owners who have genuine needs and goals, offering them real world solutions to help them reach their financial objectives. He prides himself on being a comprehensive resource to his clients, helping them prepare for the opportunities ahead while overcoming the difficult moments. David also has a strong commitment to accessibility, and reserves a portion of each week to meet with new clients to help lay the groundwork for success.
David is a member of various financial services organizations, such as the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). David is also an active member in his community. His impressive volunteer resume involves active participation on the board of New England Senior Services, the College Board in Dorchester, the Norwell Boosters, and the executive board of the South Shore Seahawks. He is also a volunteer Assistant Coach for the Norwell High Boys Varsity Hockey Team, and the team leader for Calle’s Miracle Run.
David graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and resides in Norwell, MA. He has a wife and three children.

Jarad Minsky, CFP®

Jarad Minsky is a financial advisor and co-founder of Doyle & Minsky Financial, LLC. He is a fourth-generation business owner who grew up in a small family business, giving him a unique insight to the values, objectives and challenges of business owners. Jarad's passion for helping others and giving back to his community is what led him to the financial services industry. He is constantly in pursuit of increasing his knowledge to better service his clients and has active memberships with prominent industry organizations.
Leaning heavily on his roots, Jarad is active in many community organizations. He is a member of the Plymouth Rotary Club and serves on the financial advisory committee for the Cardinal Cushing Center. He graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and resides in Marshfield, MA with his wife and two children.

David Shea, LUTCF, CLTC, started his career in financial services in 1994. He excels at working with businesses owners, helping to show them how to leverage, protect and grow their biggest asset (their business). Another area of focus is on retirement planning, showing people how to create tax efficient income streams1, protect assets from potential extended healthcare needs and costs, and help design strategies for a lifetime income stream. He has earned the designation of Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
Whether in front of clients or in front of a TV camera, Dave Shea has always strived to be the best in his profession. In addition to his career in financial services, Dave enjoyed a 34-year sports broadcasting career, 24 of them with the Boston Bruins. Shea was recognized for his accomplishments when he was inducted into the Massachusetts Hockey Hall of Fame in 2008.
David is a South Shore boy, having grown up in Duxbury, MA, has lived in Scituate, MA and has resided in Pembroke, MA since 1986 with his wife, Pam, and their 5 children. He has always been active in his community. Shea served as President of the Pembroke Chamber of Commerce from 2010 to 2017. He coached for 14 years in Pembroke Youth Baseball and served on the Executive Boards of Pembroke Youth Hockey and Pembroke Youth Baseball, He has also been a member of St. Thecla’s Parish Council. He is currently President of the Blue Hills Chapter of Business Networking International.

Jen graduated from Babson College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, where she focused her studies on finance and entrepreneurial studies. After graduation, Jen worked in insurance and reinsurance, handling both GAAP and STAT account methods, budgeting, planning and expense management. With her degree and experience she successfully started, ran and sold two businesses over the course of a decade.
In her free time, Jen is passionate about working with horses. She is a nationally-certified Level III equestrian instructor with the Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA), and volunteers as a horse trainer for the Wild Hearts Therapy Program, “Horses for Heroes,” through which she has the pleasure of working with U.S. Veterans who have PTSD, TBI and other invisible wounds of war. Jen resides in Easton with her son and her horse.

Kim House joined our team as a Paraplanner in February 2020, and has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years in various roles, including fund management and financial reporting. Kim prides herself on creating a quality client service experience and believes that developing strong relationships, both professionally and personally, is the key to success.
Kim lives in Hanson with her husband and 3 children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading a good mystery novel, dabbling in photography, and she always looks forward to Friday movie nights with her family.
